Delivery will take place within 7 working days for main city centres and within 10 working days for outlying areas from date of dispatch.

Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd is unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame as some factors are beyond our control.

Delivery is during office hours only, to either a work or home address. Kindly note that we deliver via courier company please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Private bags.

Delivery on all full priced items is free of charge within South Africa; however some surcharges may apply to remote areas.
All sale items carry a delivery fee of R97.75 incl. VAT per item.

Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company will attempt to call you to arrange another delivery. Should the courier company not be able to deliver for a second time, the purchase will be returned to Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd. Any re-delivery will carry an additional delivery fee of R97.75 incl. VAT per item.

Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd needs to be advised of all returns within seven days after delivery.

Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd will arrange for the purchase to be collected should it fall within the seven days of your purchase being delivered. If your return is made outside of the seven day period, you can post your return to Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd's at your cost:

The return will be processed within 10 business days of being received by Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd.

Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd offers free returns on full priced items within the seven day period. Returns of sale items carry a collection fee of R97.75 incl. VAT per item.

A re-delivery fee of R97.75 incl. VAT is charged for any delivery of replacement shoes.  This needs to be paid before the order is dispatched.

Refunds will only be offered for items paid for by direct deposit or credit card transaction. Credit notes will be offered in liew of any items purchased using any other payment method.

Unworn items can be returned to Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd within seven days of receiving the item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective, it can be returned in line with the terms and conditions of the company polices. The time period for such a return is the same as any other return which is seven days after the item was received. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly, provided stock is available. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Services, and you will be provided with a full refund.

All returns need to be in the original packaging.


Orders can only be cancelled if the stock has not been dispatched.  Once the stock has left with the courier, we are not able to accept a cancellation.

Sale items

All sale items carry a delivery fee of R97.75 incl. VAT, per order up to 5 pairs.  Orders exceeding 5 pairs will be charged an additional R97.75 incl. VAT per 5 pairs.

Any returns / exchanges on sales items carry a collection fee of R97.75 incl. VAT which needs to be paid before the collection.  You can return the order at your own cost via courier or postal service.  Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out from a return not being delivered to us.

Vouchers and Coupons

  • Vouchers and coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • Vouchers and coupons are transferable only once but are not redeemable for cash. 
  • If your voucher or coupon is lost or stolen, a replacement will not be issued without proof of purchase.
  • Any refund paid out against the use of a voucher or coupon will be paid to the person who paid for the voucher.
  • Voucher and coupon purchases cannot be cancelled.
  • Vouchers and coupons can only be used against an online purchase.
