Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd needs to be advised of all returns within 7 days after receipt of goods.
Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd will arrange for the purchase to be collected should it fall within the 7 days of your purchase being delivered. If your return is made outside of the 7 day period, you can post your return to Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd's at your cost:

Items need to be returned in original packaging with the original invoice. Always retain a copy of the invoice / order at all times. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of being received by Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd. Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective, it can be returned in line with the terms and conditions of the company policies for inspection. If the items are found to be defective, you will be entitled to:
- A full refund
- Product being repaired or replaced at the expense of Dale Footwear
- Please note: the decision on repairing or replacing the items depends on availability and other relevant circumstances
Should the product not be defective you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. The items will be returned to you and the cost of the return to Dale Footwear and the delivery back to you will be for your account. Please note that the following are primary reasons for the rejection of a claim. The list includes but is not limited to:
- Normal wear & tear
- Damage caused by incorrect use of product
- Damage caused by incorrect care of product
- Any repairs or changes made to the product not authorised by Dale Footwear
Replacement items will be sent to you provided stock is available. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Services, and an alternative product will be recommended.
- All refunds will be processed within 10 days of returned item being cleared by customer services
- Refunds will be processed back to the form of payment (EFT or Credit Card)
- Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable
All sale items carry a delivery fee of R96.90 incl. VAT, per order up to 5 pairs. Orders exceeding 5 pairs will be charged an additional R96.90 incl. VAT per 5 pairs. Any returns / exchanges on sales items carry a collection fee of R96.90 incl. VAT which needs to be paid before the collection. You can return the order at your own cost via courier or postal service. Dale Footwear (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out from a return not being delivered to us

A re-delivery fee of R96.90 incl. VAT is charged for any delivery of replacement shoes. This needs to be paid before the order is dispatched. Please do NOT pay the courier directly.
Orders can only be cancelled if the stock has not been dispatched. Once the stock has left with the courier, we are not able to accept a cancellation.
